CLP Classroom is held in Building 3. Classes start at 10am sharp every Monday. Anyone more than 10 minutes late will need to attend the following weeks class...
Classes are Mon-Fri from 10am until approximately 2pm daily.
You also have an option of doing the class at home on your laptop or desktop. Ask Dave about scheduling and times...
Ready to test?
You will need these things to test for the 1st time:
Make an appointment at the Secretary of State. Do so by clicking HERE. (we also take candidates to test every Friday at 730 am- meet at building 2)
Your Ambassador will give you a Letter of Intent and a prepaid Visa to pay the fees. (You MUST return the receipt and card back to us!)
Take your birth certificate and Drivers License.
DO NOT take any notes, books etc. DO NOT take children or others with you when you test!
Your Ambassador will mark your letter of intent with which tests you are to take and the number of attempts. DO NOT take one test 3 times! If you fail a test 3 times, you CANNOT test again for 30 days.
Return to First Student after testing with your test receipt. It is required for your file. We do not want anyone to take all the tests in one day. It's too much. Day 1 should be General Knowledge, Day 2 will be Passenger and School Bus. Day 3 will be Air Brakes. Once required tests are passed, they will issue you a CLP (CDL learners permit). Bring it with you as we need a copy! You MUST pass all 4 tests to continue training. You must have an appointment to test for EACH day. Appointments normally open daily at 7 am. Try to book early!
